They make oil to soften boots up to break them in easier. I use danner brand oil on all my boots being most of what I buy is danner. It&#039;s good stuff check it out. You could just wear them for a while and they&#039;ll break in at about a week or so.</description>

You could try baking them or using a blow dryer to heat them up, and then you put the on and repeat the process over and over till they are comfortable.  Its what hockey players do for those really stiff skates</description>
