Which combat boots should I get?

I am in the army and as far as I know the boots can't have a side zipper and have to be "dessert tan"
Oh, and the first pair can be ordered in the regular dessert tan.

Blackhawk has a reputation of high-quality equipment. I don’t know about Danner, though.
You may want to be sure that your CO is okay with this before spending money too.

I’ve always gotten Danners. They are comfortable, and hold up well.

Are you sure they are authorized with your uniform? The first pair seem like they wouldn’t be.
