I work as a commercial carpenter which also involves a lot of concrete which is hard on everything you wear. I live in Oregon where it rains a lot and the only two boot that I buy for work are Danner and Georgia. Danner is now made overseas and the quality is spotty, on the other hand Georgia is a great boot and very consistent on there quality. This is what I currently have. You should be able to find a Georgia Quarry or Logger model between $100-$150 which is about the same price you were looking at. The wolverine is a good boot, but I don't know how long it will last, also both brands I was talking about have 1 year warranty including the gor-tex liner.

YES wolverine is a good boot company and has been around a long time. Vasque, hiking boots are one of their companies, they are the best in mountain climbing. They offer a mis-match service also, any good boot is over 100.00 very easily.
