Where is a good place to buy boots in San Francisco?

I’m not sure of the name of the store but it’s one of those Army surplus places. It’s on Market about a half of block from Civic Center. It’s on the same side of the street as that drugstore and the strip club. They have all kinds of boots in the window so you won’t miss them.
